We use multiple shipping methods to deliver your items, those are but not limited to Royal mail, UPS, DHL or FedEx. Packages are to be expected within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed, IF the item is available in stock.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your order, that you can keep track off. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the status of your tracked products to update. Sultana Dress will not take any responsibility for repairing any of the dresses sold by us, if the dress was purchased with the full knowledge of it being damaged or missing any parts. Otherwise we would not be able to fix the dress for you , however, depending on the investigation, we might issue you a possibility of Exchange.
International customers please contact us on the day of receiving your item, if they arrived damaged.
