You may return your dress to us within 3 days of purchasing it from our store for a voucher with the value of the dress to spend in our store. Unfortunately to avoid fraud, we will not be able to offer any monetary refunds to the products purchased. Vouchers are valid for 6 months since the day of issue. We are willing to accept the return of your items initially sold by us, but they must be in original condition and unworn with tags still attached. In addition, Custom Ordered items, Bridal gowns, and items purchased in showrooms or exhibitions are not eligible for a return. Please contact us before sending back any items via post. Items received by postal services without notification beforehand are not covered by our return policy and we are under no obligation to send them back to you without a charge. International customers will have the responsibility of paying for any and all packaging and postage fees, the fees will be included with the price of the dress. Packages refused from London dress will be treated as a returned item, and will only be eligible for a voucher with the same value as the item to spend in our store and not a refund. We DO NOT DO Refunds. Customised Bridal dresses will not be refunded or exchanged. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee, and once the ordered has been dispatched it cannot be returned and any returning fees must be paid for by the receiver. Any items purchased through the use of store credit, will become Final Sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Final Sale items.
We use multiple shipping methods to deliver your items, those are but not limited to Royal mail, UPS, DHL or FedEx. Packages are to be expected within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed, if the item is available in stock. Free shipping on all US order or order above £50 Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your order, that you can keep track off. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the status of your tracked products to update. If you have any questions regarding your order or if there are any problems with your tracked products, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately to answer your queries or help you solve your problem. will not take any responsibility for repairing any of the dresses sold by us, if the dress was purchased with the full knowledge of it being damaged or missing any parts. Otherwise we would not be able to fix the dress for you , however, depending on the investigation, we might issue you with either a replacement or a refund accordingly. International customers please contact us on the day of receiving your item, if they arrived damaged.
